The agricultural cooperative TAYMATE of Timoulilt is located in the province Azilal at the level of the region Béni Mellal-Khénifra. It was created on March 05, 2008, under the supervision of the Timoulilt Association for Development. The cooperative is composed of 20 members (15 women and 5 men) with professional and technical skills but are unemployed.

The work on the valorization of local products, in particular the natural conservation of olives, is an idea specific to the cooperative TAYMATE of Timoulilt. It is an innovative experience in the region, to meet the demand of the consumer who has become aware of the nutritional value of local products and avoids all products containing chemical additives.
