URJ is a group created in 2018 in the region of Dakhla Oued Eddahab, it includes six women's cooperatives with the overall objective, the production and marketing of Couscous Khoumassi, this group was able to exploit the ancestral know-how of its members in the production of couscous, to put on the local, regional and national market a local product of very high quality and that meets the requirements and expectations of consumers.
