Created in 2012 in Dakhla, the cooperative specializes in the production of couscous "Khoumassi" made from five different grains, including wheat semolina, whole wheat semolina, barley flour, barley semolina and corn.
It is composed of seven women who were, until 2012, housewives with no income. Today, they are autonomous and can provide for their families.
