The honey of Euphorbia, also called "Daghmouss" in Arabic, is made from the nectar of resiniferous euphorbia flowers, a cactoid and thorny plant growing mainly in Morocco. The honey of Euphorbia is a honey which crystallizes quickly.
It is harvested under a traditional method and is distinguished by its golden medium dark color and its bitter and peppery aftertaste.
