Caper Honey - 500g

the honey of capers is one of the best and most expensive types of honey, it has a light amber color with a pleasant aroma and excellent taste, very viscous and slowly freezes. Capers are the immature, unripened, green flower buds of the caper bush. This wild plant is commonly cultivated in the Mediterranean bassin. It's most often associated with cuisines of this region.
