Couscous Toulati produced by the Al Mabroum cooperative, is characterised by a firm texture and a typical smell resulting from the roasting of different flours. Toulati couscous, also called "multi-cereal couscous", is a product that originates from the southern provinces of Morocco. It is made from 3 cereal flours. Its components are agglomerated manually by adding water mixed with salt.
